How do I choose the right wood for my handcrafted table?
Ultimately, your choice should align with your aesthetic preferences and the intended use of the table. All our solid wood slabs are made from durable and functional wood species, so it comes down to your preferred look and feel.
Can we cut/alter the slab?
Straight-cut alterations are complimentary! Other alterations will be quoted according to the complexity of the job.
Can we use the off-cut pieces for another piece of furniture?
Yes, you may! For example, we can use the extra wood to make a small coffee table or bedside stand. Additional charges may apply.
What does the warranty/guarantee cover?
Our 1-year guarantee covers structural defects.
Placing an Order
How do I place an order?
Our tables are in stock at our Showroom. Feel free to drop by any time during our opening hours!
What is the lead time for your tables?
2 weeks. Each table will be thoroughly inspected before delivery as part of our stringent quality check process.
Can I store the slab in the showroom after buying it?
Yes, we can hold your order until you are ready to receive them, up to 3 months from the date of purchase.
Shipping and Delivery
How do I schedule my delivery?
We will schedule your delivery date together once you have finalised your purchase at our Showroom.
How much would the delivery cost be?
We offer FREE delivery and assembly for most addresses in Singapore! However, additional fees apply for deliveries involving restricted military areas.
What if the furniture is too big for the lift or there is no lift?
We will need access to a stairway. An additional fee of $20 per floor will be charged.
